At ACE LEARNING LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. Please note that our services are designed for users aged 13 and above. We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
  • You have completed less than 25% of the course content
  • The course has not been downloaded or accessed extensively
  • Technical issues that prevent course access and cannot be resolved

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses completed more than 25%
  • Digital certificates or credentials already issued
  • Courses purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Bundle packages where individual courses have been completed
  • AI Tutor subscription fees after the first month

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team through our contact page
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. Include any relevant details about technical issues (if applicable)
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

4. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
  • Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

5. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

  • If you have completed between 25-50% of a course, you may be eligible for a 50% refund
  • For bundle packages where some courses are completed, partial refunds may be calculated based on unused content
  • Technical issues that only affect certain course modules

6. Subscription Refunds

For our AI Tutor subscription service:

  • Full refund available within the first 7 days of subscription
  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no future charges
  • Annual subscriptions are eligible for prorated refunds within the first 30 days

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating chargebacks or disputes. We are committed to resolving issues amicably and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

8. Course Access After Refund

Upon approval of a refund:

  • Your access to the refunded course will be immediately revoked
  • Any progress and certificates associated with the course will be removed
  • You will not be able to re-enroll in the same course without purchasing again

9. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of:

  • Serious illness or medical emergencies
  • Military deployment
  • Natural disasters
  • Other extenuating circumstances

We may consider refund requests outside our standard policy. Please contact us with documentation supporting your circumstances.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
